Skills for success in strata management

Here’s the good news: you don’t need a university qualification for a career in strata management. Some providers offer a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management and while it’s great if you’ve got one, it’s not essential.

Here are the basic pre-requisites for a successful strata management career:

• An understanding of mathematics i.e. profit and loss statements
• Negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
• Procedure driven i.e. can work within defined legislation
