Here’s why what’s on the inside at Whittles, and who, makes a difference to you:
Whittles’ Australian based Central Support Team formed in 2021 and provides administrative assistance to our branches Australia-wide. The Central Support Team performs a range of tasks on behalf of branches ranging from change of ownership and address updates to general correspondence as well as meeting notices and minutes. Branches can contact the Central Support Team at any time and assistance is provided either over the telephone or online.
Having an internal Central Support Team helping our external customer-facing Whittles representatives across Australia means they have more time to focus on you. Having a Central Support Team taking care of everyday, administrative tasks eases the workload for our branch staff and frees them up to focus on your needs.
Let’s start with the big point of difference. While there’s a tendency for other companies to use teams located overseas, we’ve made a conscious decision to invest in building a support team that has the local knowledge required to support our local branches. Members of our Central Support Team are based in various locations across the country including South Australia, the Northern Territory, Queensland and Victoria. The reason for this is because legislation varies between each state and territory. With Central Support Team members located around Australia, we have administrative specialists who understand the legal requirements specific to each state and territory.
As one of the larger body corporate management company in the country, having a Central Support Team also means Whittles can implement a consistent approach to our administration processes and procedures. While you won’t ever deal directly with our Central Support Team as a Whittles client, this internal uniformity enhances our reliability as a company which means you’re in safe hands.
Whittles’ Central Support Team supports branch staff across Australia and is another piece in our customer experience puzzle so you receive the best service. We’re planning to invest more resources into the Central Support Team in coming years to expand this progressive internal initiative even more. We’re receiving fantastic feedback from our branches. They love having the ability to hand time-consuming administrative tasks over to the Central Support Team so they can focus on you.
