Corporation Establishment
We’ll establish a functional and site appropriate corporation structure for your development that reflects current legislation in your state or territory.
Facility and Services Management
We’ll arrange appropriate facilities and services contracts to be enacted at the first meeting of the corporation. These services can include cleaning and caretaking, waste management, equipment servicing, lift maintenance, essential safety equipment plus garage and gate maintenance.
Budgets and proposals
We’ll set up budgets for the corporation which are required by law including an administration fund as well as a sinking or maintenance fund depending on the legislation in your start or territory.
Managerial and Meeting Support
We’ll prepare the agenda for the corporation’s first annual general meeting in collaboration with you and your legal team to ensure all legal requirements for its structure are met. We’ll convene the annual general meeting before settlement takes place and when the majority of lots have settled. We’ll also organise a special general meeting of owners to elect a strata committee responsible for making sure the scheme runs smoothly going forward.
