As a Body Corporate / Strata Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day management of buildings with multiple owners and dwellings. You’ll be responsible for coordinating any urgent and preventative maintenance of common areas such as foyers, car parks, lifts, and outdoor spaces. The facilitating of Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including preparing and distributing meeting minutes and following up actions that arise, will also be an integral part of your responsibilities.
Your skills in administrative, financial, and insurance matters will be vital, ensuring that everything runs smoothly for our clients. You will be supported by a dedicated team and a Branch Manager working together to exceed customer expectations.
