About the role:

Body Corporate Management involves the daily management of properties with multiple owners, covering various lots and shared spaces such as foyers, car parks, lifts, and outdoor areas.  The Body Corporate Manager will facilitate an Annual General Meeting for the building, oversee the administrative, finance and insurance matters and ensuring urgent and preventative maintenance matters are coordinated.

As an Assistant Body Corporate Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting two Body Corporate Managers, ensuring that all client expectations are exceeded.  You’ll be working alongside a supportive and professional team who will guide and mentor you to achieve success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating maintenance: Oversee both urgent and preventative maintenance for common areas, including foyers, car parks, lifts, and outdoor spaces.
• AGM support: Prepare notices for and follow up on actions from Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including minute-taking and distribution.
• Administrative support: Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

As you gain experience and the confidence to progress, you’ll transition from assisting two Body Corporate Managers, to managing a smaller portfolio, allowing your skills and expertise to flourish. Watch your responsibilities and portfolio expand in sync with your growth.
