What’s changing with A.C.T. Strata Management Services?

A.C.T Strata Management Services is one of Canberra’s leading strata management companies and has been part of the Whittles Group for the past four years. But when you compare A.C.T Strata Management Services to Whittles’ other branches in South Australia, Victoria the Northern Territory, Queensland, it’s not quite the same. Firstly, it has a different name: A.C.T Strata Management Services. Secondly, it looks different to our other Whittles branches around Australia. We’re fixing that with a brand refresh in a move that reflects Whittles’ ‘one team’ commitment.

From January 2024, A.C.T Strata Management Services will operate under the new name of Whittles Canberra. The branch will also embrace a new look to align with our company’s existing, and well-established, national brand identity.

What’s NOT changing with A.C.T. Strata Management Services?

It will be business as usual as the Whittles Canberra team embraces its new name and look. There’ll be no change to the service you receive now compared to the service you’ll receive when this brand refresh is complete later in the year.

If you own a residential or commercial property, you’ll be dealing with the same friendly team you’ve come to know and trust working from the same office on King Street in Deakin. The team will support you with the same personalised management services like preparing budgets and financial reports, issuing levy notices and holding annual general meetings. Your day-to-day experience with the Whittles Canberra team won’t change.

In Summary

A.C.T Strata Management Services will be adopting a new name, Whittles Canberra, and embracing a new look. While some things will change, others will stay the same. What remains is the quality service you’ve come to expect from your Canberra team.
